If someone submitted wrong Date of Birth of the Child to Goverment of Punjab who issue birth certificate then can we do any fraud case on him or her?
As Birth was on Jan 11 but the filled at certificate 18 feb

There can be a genuine mistake. We need to look at the purpose for which such act is done. If it is done to defraud, then it is a crime.
