Written notes of arguments

Hi experts,

In our divorce case filed by wife in family court at pune, court has granted interim maintenence of 10k to my 7 months old son. I have challenged this order in bombay high court on various grounds.

I think that my HC advocate is not that good in argument, So i fear that he may skip some important point to mention during argument. My question is can i submit written notes of argument in bombay high court or it is not allowed to do so in high courts?

Pls advise

you may file written argument before court but when the case was filed before court against the order then all the grounds had been mentioned in the petition. so there is no need for written argument. the court will consider only relevant point and you should consult with your lawyer for these points.

Means it is allowed in high court also to submit written arguments
