Writ Petition

The Distt. Court Judge dismissed my application for transfer of my case with special cost of Rs 10,000/ stating it vexatious and waste of court's time.

What amount of maximum cost can be imposed if the writ petition against the setting aside of the order of Distt Judge is dismissed by the High Court.

Thanks

Dear Querist,

I am of view that an advice can not possibly be given on what maximum cost can be imposed if a Writ Petition against the setting aside of the Order of Distt Judge is dismissed by the High Court. This is preemptory advice. However, prepare your case such and draft your WP accordingly that such occurance of probable imposition of cost does not arise at, even if dismissed.

Please provide facts to advise you on merits.
