Seeking for the advise & suggstions to the folloing Question
The contract labour @Rs.60/- per day served for 10 months and met with an accident in the 11th month at the inside of the plant, the treatment has given by the employer and not given any compensation at that time, latter he did't report to the work
After period of 2 years he is claming for compensation and Reinstatement to the duty
what is the time limit to claim the settlement amounts as per law
