We wanted to buy a resale flat in marathalli, bangalore. The seller has bought flat 2 years back from a builder. The seller has sale and rectification deeds (rectification deed is to correct seller's age). In both the documents, witnesses(name and addresses) are the same. However signature of one of the witnesses is mismatching (sale deed signature is different from rectification deed signature). We found that all other details in the documents to be reliable. Can we go ahead and buy the property? Will there be any issues due to this practically at the time of registration / after we buy it?
