Witness eligibility in criminal cases

Dear sir,

My MIL Filed FIR against me in the section IPC 452, 294 B, 324, 506

Is my MIL Produced witness Like her daughter (my wife), Her father & mother , is it eligible/ accept in honarable court?

yes, it is accepted by court but depend on the accused that how he cross the same

Sir,

My MIL age was -58,

MY MIL Father age was- 80+

My MIL Mother age was- 75+

will it be advantage in favour of my cases, because they are giving only false statements due to their old age. they are depending my MIL

But My Wife is a Laywer.

Anyone who can understand a question ( even if partially lunatic/retrarded/deaf/dump/aged/inform/blind) and can understand question and convey answer 9orally, by signs, by drawing by writing etc. Is a competent witness.

Yes they will be accepted as witness by the hon.court ,but how far their version will be accepted is up to the court to decide, your apprehension is , since they are going to support only the prosecution version so the other side will have cake walk. It all depends how your counsel is going to cross them effectively and get you acquitted.
