Dear Experts of LCI,
Kindly let me know whether a complaintant who filed a Criminal case against the accused for forgery & cheating througha a Private Complaint in a Magistrate Court can withdraw the case, when deposition of one PW is pending (out of 5 PWs) & Cross by Accused side is yet to start (during deposition of PW1- 4 no Cross was conducted by the Accused side). Will be greatful for early reply.
