i have made a partition suit against my brother on my fathers named property but other brothers are together and filed a counter case against my service income property now i am fade up with them and the court procedure.now i am mentalyy harased and want to withdraw my case before trial ,can the counter case standing against me .or what happen after that. plzzz tel me
