Winding up petition

Dear Experts, One company hasbeen facing   winding up by Kolkata HC for non payment of salary

1. Paper publication inviting supporting creditors completed.

2. Supporting creditors joined in the petition

3. Company has now filled reply to the affidavit filled by supporting creditors.

          Our concern is all the supporting creditors are in diff parts of India few abroad also. Our lawyer is insisting that all the supporting creditors has to come to Kolkata  to sign the counter reply in front of commisioner.

Is there any other way for affidavit submission?

The best option is through concerned creditors Embassy or consulate but advised to seek help from your lawyer
