Winding petition

My name is Dineshkumar BH from Bangalore Is it mandatory of “legal notice sent postal Acknowledgement” to file winding up petition in high court in Chennai My advocate submitted winding up petition and supporting documents “work order, earlier legal notices with postal receipts, and e-mail communication copies and others documents., They have not admitted my petition to the fallowing reason “acknowledgement of postal receipt” not attached with documents. Our advocates not received acknowledgements and they have not downloaded form indiapost website. Now we can’t any get information regarding postal department. Because they have sent notices in September & December 2014. May be my advocate 1st time filing company winding up petition. That’s why he is unaware and more than three moth over, still not able find any solution. I struck up here, I want to move, that’s why I am requesting here please suggest me how to file petition in other way without “postal acknowledgment”

Submit receipt issued by post office, AD if recieved,  and apply for POD thru RTI if required.

ask your counsel to take shelter under General clauses Act. He may find decided case laws which will help your case.
