Hello Friends,
My Father had flat in his name, he passed away 6 months back. He made "WILL" and mentioned heirs to transfer property to mother(1st holder), myself(2nd holder) and my brother(3rd holder), still I have make Sale deed and make probate and pay stamp duty to transfer in our name. The property is in Rajkot, Gujarat. Pls help and reply if anyone knows.
