Will my summons application granted ?

How to get Salary Details from PAN No? My wife filed false Maintenance Case, showing she is unemployed even if she is working. Sent application to court at the time of hearing for sending summons to her office. will my summons application granted ?

What proof I need to prove she is working? I have given her job details in my reply to her Maintenance Application?

submit all the evidences u have wrt her job.

yes, court may summon her employer.

if she has given false information in her petition, file CrPC 340 and IPC 417 against her.

Why court may send summons. It should right ? to find the truth.
