Hi,
I want to prepare my will and confused on how to specify how the assets of HUF will be distributed and also how the locker will be operated.
1. I have a son and daughter and I want the assets of HUF to be given to son and he should carry forward the HUF as Karta.
2. The locker is joint holder with my wife. I wish that she should get all the contents of the locker along with my daughter.
How do I specify these points in my will ? I tried searching for it on the net but couldnt find anything. Please help me out.
