Will

my mother wants execute a will with all properties in her name.

1) i am told that if any property (after mentioning  in the will ) is sold by herself entire will stands cancelled. is it true or the will be in force about other properties mentioned in it.

2) is it necessarily to register a will.if not can she write on a stamp paper with witness

There is no need to register the will

1. she must not mention that property in will which she wants to sell.

2. registered will is best option. will is always written on legal full size white paper only.no need for any stamp paper.
