wife evidence was dropped by the judge in the last date since she was not appearing into the court after the multiple summons and the next date was given for other witnesses (police etc).
However, after this she suddenly appeared in the court (2 hours later, maybe PP informed her of this new development) and told the judge that she was late etc.
What are her options and what could happen in the next date. Please advice.

Mr. Jeevan,
She will always try to delay the process as much as possible because she knows that she cannot win.
Have you applyed for Speedy Tial in High Court ? if not, then please do it on priority without staying the process in lower court.

Evidence is already closed by the judge but I assume that she can open it again, isn't?
