Wife pressing for interim maintenance after 3 years

Hello experts

DV case was filed against me in 2015 February and ive filed by say in 2 months of the case filing. Wife did not pressed for the interim maintenance since then and now she is pressing for it after 3 years of filing the case.

all these years she was fighting on idiotic matters which went nowhere and she is left with nothing in hand.

now she is realized that she want interim maintenance and fighting for it.

how can i stop this and not allow any interim maintenance after 3 years of filing the case? can you please elaborate me the gorunds for the same?

Can anyone suggest a way so the case is not stretched another 3 years?

Nothing can be done per se to ensure that the case is not delayed anymore but you can definately highlight her conduct to the Court during the arguments for Interim Maintenance. That is to say that you can point out to the Court that for 3 years, she required no maintenance from you.
