After husband filed divorce, wife file 498A and 406 for streedhan recovery though she had took all her jewellery including husband and her son's jewellery without informing anyone when left marital home.
But after bail husband family want to return back all her streedhan she have mention at the time of filing 498A and 406.
IO also tell her to return back streedhan but now she is not interested to recover streedhan.
498A charge sheet not yet filed and Divorce case are running.
My question is "not taken back streedhan" is any plane ?
