Wife is dragging the divorce case for years

Wife is dragging the divorce case for many years...So Finally husband decided to marry a girl who is separated from her husband...

1. What will be the cause to the girl from her husband side, if the un-divorced husband marries.

2. What will be the cause to the un-divorced husband who marries the other's wife... (I know there is a IPCs)

3. Please advise how to handle above causes to tackle who are wantedly dragging the divorce case for revenge.

4. What are the steps / (problems she can make) can be taken from the dragging wife side..

here another case will be hand in glove for your wife to take revenge on you like bigamy (second marriage) without divorce and here you are sent to jail if it is proved and if you are a government employee you are be terminated from your services and many more

so if they want to take revenge then involve any one elder person from there family to solve the issue and take divorce from her and then only marry again and with proper care
