Wich one is more important 'divorce' or 'marriage'
I believe that though marriage and divorce having equal importance; but divorce more important than marriage, before the society. Because, marriage is an acceptance of two persons one other; but divorce is the end of fighting and bring a peace keeping state.

I feel marriage is imporatant from the law point of view, though socially, divorce may be more imporatant. Because, divorce comes only after marriage, and also, if one wants to marry , he can marry, but to have a divorce , one has to be married first.. !! :)

No law required to force someone to get married.
But law required to relieve a person from the marriage.
Divorce is the best for the society - because it gives lots of job opportunity and earning for many legal professionals and courts, and its employees. Just two persons separation give life for many people in the society! More divorces = more job opportunities for professionals.

"LAW CANNOT FORCE ANYBODY EITHER TO MARRY OR TO DIVORCE.." - it is partially correct. The words should be, ' though law donot force anybody to marry, but force not to marry again, and divorce is for female only, not to man.'
"FOR THE MARRIED PEOPLE MARRIAGE IS IMPOTANT & FOR THE DIVORECEE ( MALE Or FEMALE ) DIVORCE IS IMPORTANT." - it is not exactly so. For the unmarried/bachlor people marriage is important; for the married people, most of the cases, divorce is more importent than the marrtage.
yes, sometimes we cannot express our desire/need, but our social behaviour express it.
