Why cant the high court ask the husband to take his wife back if it it proved that she filed a false Dv case? Lets say if the boy's party filed for quashing, and if they won the HC case, (lack of evidences from the wife) and they are recently married couple,then what is the wifes situation. She has to leave the matrimonial home and husband permanently.?Please answer.
