Why can not Hindus follow good things of Islam for divorce?

1) Like at the time of divorce wife will get mahar amount

* Hindus can make a FD of X lakhs at the time of marriage and whenever husband give divorce she can take that with interest . In this way more the years of marriage more money she will get without fighting any case.

2) Iddat period

* Give maintenance for 3 months (Iddat Period) after that she can re-marry.

3) She can give khula

* In this way if husband deny also without filing criminal cases she can get divorce.

Indian HMA is for waste of life . One has to fight the case till his death also on real facts (Masala mix do the divorce work).

Both sides lawyer hijack the real case for their earnings.

They(girls) can not get relief for divorce.

As many of those greedy people take help of DVC and 498a to earn more money and for seeing the dance of boy family in courts.
