The father's caste will be the child's caste.

In normal circumstances, when child is growing up in Father's state, child should get father's caste. Father belongs to a different state. Boy is growing up in mother's state. How can the MRO issue a certificate to the child stating a caste belonging to other state?

U r right. But it is needed to mention it in school admission. And a certificate is necessary. If I take a certificate from other state, it is not valid here. What should I do?

Father sc of other state. I am BC. BTW I never heard any Christian calling this name a Biblical name. I dont mind keeping newton or einstein or Raman to my child. If there is something concrete rule or concrete case reference u can say, otherwise it is like a layman's opinion. And this is a useless forum.

Everyone knows that a caste certificate issued in one state will not be valid in other states. U will become a general candidate except for central govt posts. Then when child is growing up in mother's State, a certificate taken in her state will only be valid.
As per ur recommendation, a certificate should be taken from child's father's State which will be of no use in mother's state.
Thank you very much for your suggestions.

Validity of caste certificate is restricted to the benfits available in "father's" state only.
