I am trying to purchase a flat constructed by a small builder in a village land in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Which was purchased by the seller through cash payment. Now I would like to purchase that flat from 1st buyer who have registry of that flat. When I applied for the home loan from different financial institution they asked that they do not approve loan on village land construction & they are asking for gram panchayat approved map or docs. But 1st buyer only have registry copy. Now my question is, how can I get loan from any bank or financial institution to purchase the same.
