In the first query U didn't 498A filed. (Status)
She can challenge the talaqnama notice intended to be given by U.There are some strictures to be followed as per Muslim Law.

Why didn't U mention about UR wifes complaint initially.U should always come out with the total case history,otherwise U will not be able to get the correct solution.
