One of my friends will probably be convicted in 307 case which is attempt to murder since the prosecution has strong evidence against him and final hearing is going on.
What we would like to know is that since he is from Mumbai which jail will he be sent to? Will it be Arthrur road jail or any other jail? Kindly let us know the probable jail he will be sent to.
Also let us know if there are any tips to survive in jail and what will be the likely sentence given to him if he has not used any big weapon to attack. Awaiting your replies.
