I need advice in Delhi. There is a shopkeeper in DDA market in front of our house who has encroached public parking area in the market compound. Additionally he has also added illegal floor above his shop in contravention of law.
Our complaints to MCD & DDA over last 2 years have resulted in nothing, and although the shopowner has stopped construction, but neither his illegal structure demolished, nor illegal encroachments from public parking removed.
We are thinking of going to Court against MCD and the shop-owner.
Please guide us as to which case to file ? How much time will it take to get results from Court ? Under which act to file cases. What RTI should we file with MCD ? How to prepare for the case ?
Please any help will be greatly appreciated.
