Which Writ should be filed if the facts are on ban of slaughter of bulls and bullocks?

If it is a criminal offence, you can file complaint to jurisdictional police station, under copy to SP of the District.  Let authorities deal the issue legally without your involvement.

there's ban on slaughter of bulls and bullocks so if anyone slaughters them so i can approach to the court and what writ should i file
