I want to know whether the proposed amendment of BCI Rules vide BCI resolutions of 10th April 2010 for insertion of Rules 9 to 11 in BCI Rules under part VI of Chapter III has been gazetted or not. If so when? Grateful if some members can post it in this forum. A momentous wind of change with earth shaking events is on the offing and we want to know the latest development in this regards.Thanking you all in advance.
