Instead of paying at lower court where warrant is issued our advocate has gone and paid in state commission. We hv paid half which is 1 lakh. Rest of the amount should we pay?

When your Advocate has taken a step , do not doubt him,may be he wish to go for appeal before State commission, where there may be a rule that 50%must be deposited before admitting appeal. Contact your advocate or go to the District Forum office and personally inquire about the facts.
