Hi
Court has ordered me to pay Rs.2000 in Oct 2014 by 5th of every month. But in the order It didn't say anything about to whom to pay(benificiary account details) or in what form(mode of payment). For that reason I did not pay any money till now.
Now a divorsce petition is filed against me and it also stated that I have refused to pay monthly maintainance dispite of the courts order. How can I defend my self and justify the lack of information in the given order in this case?
How can I stop divorce?
