It happens many times that the party is not served with coplete paper book of the suit. So after appearing in the court, party appears and ask for supply of the comple paper book of the suit/writ etc. Question is this, when the service is deemed to be effected on the party. When the incomple paper book is supplied at the first instance, or when the comple paper book is supplied at the second or third instance???????????
