Dear Members,
My wife says that i have i have abused her over whats app chat nok jok between husband n wife....which i havent....she claims that i have proof....
she left my matrimonial house because she wanted to lead a lavish life ....n i might have written sumthin due to frustation....I might have given a bad words....
what is the authencity of chats messages as it can be easily maniplullated or edited ,,,,or is there any judgement passed

It is valid evidence in court of law for cruelty.But it can not lead any harm in criminal case like dowery harrasment cases.
