I am a divorcee and got married to a divorced lady who got a child from her first marriage, The kid is in school and has father name of her ex husband on birth certificate/school records. Is it possible to get the name changed? As the kid is still young and doesn't know about fathers name etc., It would be much difficult to make the kid explain why there is difference in father name in records where as the kid considers me to be the father.
Is there any solution for this, we are legally married.
