What police can do?

Greetings experts,

complainant have filled criminal case 420,467,468,471

and chargesheet given in favour of complainant saying he is the owner and legal heir

now we approached higher police officials and we said that complainant dont have any documents and we have shown documents

higher officials gave a letter to police station saying that send me the report of charge sheet

now police came to know that complainant dont have any documents and they have made mistake and wrote charge sheet that he is legal heir and owner of the property

now what police can do? can they again modify charge sheet? or ?

please tell me thanks!

an aggrieved person has right to claim that the offence he alleges be investigated properly. Title of the documents are important but no possession of papers.

Regardomg circumstances as mentioned by you, I should suggest to meet your lawyer and ask for does quashing of this case can be filed in High Court on that basis.

well answer to your quesion is that when matter is subjudice than police can not take any illegal action against you without court order.
