1- How to challenge the decision of Information Commissioner in "Delhi - High Court" ?
2- Is there any format/type of writ petition "Under Article of 226 of Constitution of India" to challenge a decision?
3- I have obtained required doccuments to challenge it in High Court, Decision was taken in july 2012 but complainant was given the original copies of same in september 2012 (after 55 days of adjudication in CIC).
4- Is there any time frame to challenge the CIC's decision in High Courts.
5- In aug 2012 I have filed one review petition of the same in the name of CIC but, seems they are not admitting it.
6- should i ask them once again if they are admitting it, before i file writ petition in high courts ?
