Can anyone tell - What is the Court Fee amount to be paid to the court for a property which is valued 12 Lacs rupees?
After the court decree passed in favour, shall the petitioner get the court fee paid from the opposite parties?

In Maharashtra the court fee is Rs. 27,630/- for a claim of Rs. 1200000/-. The court does awards costs to the successful plaintiff.

I think you are from Maharashtra. Right?. I am from west bengal. I am talking about the case of my best friend's case. Can you me what would be the cost of court fee for west bengal?
If you can advice for any good lawyer from west bengal or if you can. please reply soon.
He is deprived of the property which belongs to his father as well as him (50-50). His brother captured the property in his name by illegal means.
