What is "pl" and "ay"?

Hello,

I've gone through "registration.ap.gov.in/APCARDECClient_v3.0/" site to check the land/property registration details. Web site is pretty much simple and easy to understand, but I could not understand the meaning of "PL" and "AY" under "Name of Parties" column. Also, I tried all possible ways to search for those acronyms, but no help. Even Google search didn't help me! Could you please help me understand the meaning of "PL" and "AY".
