Hi,
I need some information regarding 50B patta.My father sold 5Ac cultivated land to Person 'A' but he didn't register the land .But Person 'A' sold the land to Person 'B' registered as 50B Patta.Now we gave the intimation to Person 'A' to register the land or surrender the land. My question 50B patta valid or not.I got some information Those who is having 50B Patta valid till 2008 after that it was invalid.So how can i proceed in this matter.
