Judgement
thus the evidence on record is read in to totality along with the statement of the prosecutrix, story projected by the prosecutrix seems to be improbable as discussed above. this court has thus come to the conclusion that prosecution has not disclosed the true genius of crime.
it is held that the prosecution has failed to prove its case against the accused beyond shadow of reasonable doubt, hence accused is acquitted in this case by giving him benefit of doubt. accused be set at liberty.
