What happens if in DVC case exparty order is given ?
My wife filed DVC case I did not take notice from court and did not attended court and recently my lawyer told we became exparty.
Next court hearing date is 24/ 10/14. My lawyer says now we have to attend
Is applying for divorce is good or not when cases files against with 498a and DVC .

1) Attend the court for hearing for DVC case.
2) Dont apply for divorce this is not a good time for apply. The Case may be dismiss.
