I registered FIR in section 323/506 ipc against 3 people who attack on my father by entring home.
All 3 get bail and again attack on my father after 1 month but now no injury.
Now again FIR is possible or not. What happend if i again register FIR against all these. And what ipc section applied now.

it accounts to violation of conditions of bail bond.i think you can make a petition to the court that offered them bail stating the violations asking to cancel the bail bond
