What are the dowry articles as per the law

Hi, I am fighting for 498-A, I want to know what are the dowry articles as per LAW according to Hindu Marriage Act ? Can the following items be considered as dowry articles.

1. Double bed Cot

2. Pillow, Bedsheet

3. Dressing table

4. Normal Tin box

5. Cosmetics, Gold ornaments for wife, Petticot, Nighty

6. Items for Puja(Worship)

Gold, cash, vehicles like car scooter, clothes, land, houses, household articles mulitiplied by 100 are called as dowry items. and servants also including the items you have taken from your wife are called as DOWRY ITEMS.

Any thing by demand from Husband or his relatives is called dowry. But there should be proof of demand and handed over this items to husband side.

Weather they claimed as marriage gifts /Dowry?

Definition of "Dowery" -- In this Act dowry means any property or valuable security given or agreed to be given either directly or indirectly -

a) by one party to marriage to the other party to the marriage ,

b) by the parents of either party to a marriage or by any other person , to either party to the marriage or to any other person ,

at or before or any time after the marriage in connection with the marriage of said parties but does not include dower or mahar in the case of persons to whom the muslim personal law ( shariat) applies,
