Pls suggest me, how to proceed on below Issue
Grandfather `A` has some property in Hyderabad and he has 3 daughters and 2 son`s, but unfortunately his younger son`B` (have 2 daughters and 1 son) passed away before his (`A`) death. Later his wife and then he`A` also passed away without making any will on his property.
But he purchased some property on his Younger son `B` wife (widow) name.
Later `B`s daughter (`A`s grand daughter) has married to her brother-in-law as per grandparents wish (before their death)
But her mother, brother and sister and mother`s father family members were not interested and they opposed her wish and not allowed her to marry in normal way.
Now she wants to file a case for her share in grandfather`s property and in her mother`s property). If possible along with her Aunt (grandfather`s daughter / husband`s mother).
So kindly suggest the possible ways to fight for the same.
And also suggest what are all doc`s (like ID`s and Land doc`s) required and how to get them.
