I am writing this query to know the possibilities of retaining my Job
Sitauation- I am appointented against Permanent Post In Central Goverment Department.Presently Serving my probation of 2 years of which i have completed 1.6 Years as of date.I am appointed to Grade B(Gazatted) Non-Ministerial post.
The Iorny is that my department is getting winded up due to Government decision.
Seeking Clarification on -
What are the chances of retaining my job on the event of my department shuts down before my conformation happens
What are the solutions or approach i have to retain my job in the event of department issues me termination on the geound of probation.
Can i approach any government body to retain my job or what are the legal validity of this situation.
It would be really great if some body could throw some light on this or let me know any previous similar situations faced by any of you.
