What address a homeless person mention in PIL/Writ petition

Dear Learned members, please advice about following:

1) What address a homeless person will mention in his PIL/Writ petition. He lives on footpaths, wilderness, leading a nomadic life.

2) A social worker wants to protect his name and address in a PIL/Writ petition because the matter is involved of possible mafia interests. Since a person can have many aliases, for his name in PIL/Writ can he mention his alias name? For his address in PIL/Writ can he write he has no permanent address?

good one and serious too.

The purpose of address in the petitions is only to identify the person and for correspondance purpose.

so for that care of address may be given if possible otherwise u can inform the court without any hitch.

These are glaring examples of children of lesser Gods. Write the name and address of the nearest place of worship of his/her choice.
