My father in law has a flat in an apartment society. However, he is not a resident and we are residing in the flat.The Apartment Association has been formed. The Managing Committee will be elected soon. My query is:
1. Can my father in law authorize me to be a Managing Committee Member in his absense by any instrument of law?
2. Is son-in-law an immediate relative of his father in law legally?
3. Are the West Bengal Apartment Association Bye-Laws 1974 exclusive or the apartment association can make its own laws and get it approved by the Registrar??
