Website owner vs liability

If a website domain is registered under a person's name and the business is running in sole-propritership mode than his liability will be unlimited in case of any legal case.

So, is it wise to register the website domain in company's name (in which he is director) to keep the legal liability limited ??

Please give your suggestions..
