Can any one helping me for finding relevant judgement in regarding to a case mention below:
Plaintiff has certain claim for money aganist the defendant company. Instead of filling money suit plaintiff filed a suit for Declaration and Madatary Injunction with Consequentital Relief valued at Rs. 99/-. Plaintiff prays that
(a) a decree for declarartion that the plaaintiff is entitled to get said amount of arrear bill pending for the period 2007-2008.
(b) a mandatary injuction to direct the company to repay arrear
(C) cost.
According to me the case is bar under section 34 of specific relief act. Kindly give me some relevant citation regarding that.
