I have entered into agreement with tower company for 15 years lease for establishing Mobile Tower and base station . Now I want discontinue and cancel agreement with company as it is causing lot problems such as Local Civic body notices, Neighourhood objections and DG set noise emmissions. The tower agreement was for Roof top. But the company has established tower on Ground. Six years have passed since the tower erection. The agreement is not registered with sub registrar. What are the possibilities of termination of agreement and implications.
