I want to file a case on DTTDC in New Delhi, regarding a service matter.
DTTDC has filed a case upon me three years before regarding mis conduct and eventually they have also deducted my salary as well as stopped my promotion. I am a employer of DTTDC and working there from past 10 years.
kindly guide me the appropriate authority here I should file the case. Can i seek damages as well?
Few have suggested me to file a case in CAT and many suggested me to file a case in Labour Court in Kakkardooma Court.
